perfect for exploring parks and nearby attractions

I loved how this hotel is just a few minutes away from the beautiful Los Angeles County Arboretum and the fun shopping centers, which made it ideal for my weekend strolls, and the comfy beds gave me the rest I needed for my explorations. it’s also nice that I could easily walk to parks like Arcadia County Park, where I enjoyed lovely views while walking around the lush greenery.

Air conditioner made grinding noises all night.

All fine, but early check-in fee

The King Room was really nice! It was clean and the bed was super comfy. The air conditioning worked great, and I loved the warm chocolate chip cookies they gave us when we checked in. Only downside was it was next to the elevator, so I could hear some noise from there.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay

I had a pleasant stay with spacious rooms and friendly staff who made sure everything was to my liking. The location is ideal, being close to various dining options and attractions, making it easy to explore the area. However, I found the heater in my room noisy at times, which affected my sleep slightly.

the location is fantastic, right by a cute downtown area with lots of food and shopping. the staff were wonderful, especially george at the bar, who made our stay even better. the outdoor pool and fitness center were great amenities to enjoy during downtime.

However, the jet bathtub was non-functional, and the pool area appeared neglected, with cloudy water that raised concerns about cleanliness. There was also an issue with the advertised room features not matching reality, which was disappointing.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning units in my room weren’t functioning properly, leading to uncomfortable temperatures during the night. The bathroom design has just one towel hook, which felt inadequate for a hotel aiming for comfort. Additionally, the nearby water system was surprisingly noisy, causing interruptions during sleep as the odd sounds crept in from adjacent rooms. It’s a bit frustrating that the fridge didn’t cool beverages effectively, which is something you expect in a hotel setting. Lastly, limited USB outlets can be a challenge for charging multiple devices.
